Strong Floor, No Ceiling Action PAC ("we", "our", "us") respects the privacy of supporters, donors, subscribers, and visitors. Information we collect
- Contact information. Name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and similar details you provide when you sign up for updates, contact us, donate, or otherwise interact with the site.
- Contribution information. Donation amount, payment method, employer, occupation, and any other information required by federal election law. Contributions are processed by ActBlue, which maintains its own privacy policy.
- Site usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring page) and anonymized analytics from Google Analytics 4. We do not sell this data.
How we use information
- To process contributions and comply with federal reporting requirements (including, where required, public disclosure to the FEC).
- To send updates, news, polling memos, and action alerts you have opted in to receive.
- To respond to inquiries about media, speaking, partnerships, and volunteer opportunities.
- To understand site traffic and improve the experience.
Federal disclosure
Contributions to Strong Floor, No Ceiling Action PAC are subject to federal election law and are publicly disclosed in reports filed with the Federal Election Commission. We collect employer and occupation information for donors who give more than $200 in a calendar year, as the law requires.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with vendors who help us operate the site (such as our email platform, payment processor, and hosting provider), with our compliance counsel and accountants, and where required by law.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in any message.
- You can ask us to correct or delete information by emailing [email protected]. Note that we may need to retain contribution records to comply with federal recordkeeping rules.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
